Organization Rules and Strikes [UPDATED 2017/8/ - SOLVED]

Introduction ~

Hello everybody! Im Curry the Organization (temp) manager, we apology cause we didn't release the rules from a long time but yet we completed and it's all detailed bellow! Please make sure to read them in order to avoid kick(s)  and organization strike(s) [Towards leaders]


I - Members and leader(s) rules

1- UN-RP Conduct is strictly prohibited and never attempt to do it
Punishment: From a verbal strike to organization leader-change

2- You aren't allowed to organization hop to another one if 1 day didn't yet pass unless if you're transferring with a valid RP provided, and permissions from the both leaders
Punishment: Organization ban for 1 week

3- Mass-recruiting isn't allowed (Hiring without any application provided - quickly)
Punishment: From a verbal strike to Organization leader-change

4- GSF, FYB, The Milano Family, The Lost MC, and Yamaguchi aren't allowed to over-take zones unless if RP-d and permissions given by the management
Punishment: From a verbal strike to Organization closure

5- Abusing your carried equipment from the organization you're in isn't allowed
Punishment: Straight-Kick

6- Organization plagiarizing isn't allowed (Copying forms, etc etc)
Punishment: From a verbal warning to Organization leader-change

8- SAPD Members aren't allowed to enter USM's base if no permissions were given to them - Same goes for the USM
Punishment: From a verbal strike to Organization leader-change

9- Non-RPing as in your own organization and rule-breaking isn't allowed
Punishment: From a verbal member-warn to an (un)noticed kick

10- You aren't allowed to go in-active if you didn't inform the organization management
Punishment: From a verbal strike to organization leader-change

11- Leaders aren't allowed to hire players which their level(s) are between 1-5
Punishment: From a verbal strike to organization leader-change

12- Abusing your power as a law as jailing other people or either killing them AS A hate towards them isn't allowed
Punishment: (un)noticed kick

13- Closing your own organization isn't allowed unless if discussed by the management
Punishment:

14- You aren't allowed to create another forums for your organization
Punishment: Organization ban up to 1 week + Organization leader-change

15- Leaders aren't allowed to change rank-names unless if permissions given by the management
Punishment: From a verbal strike to organization leader-change

16- You aren't allowed to adjust unfair rules for your org (MG Rules, PG, etc etc)
Punishment: From a verbal strike to organization leader-change

[17- Abusing your forum-moderation in order to create silly stuff in your org-s board isn't allowed
Punishment: Forum ban for 3 days + Strike

18- YOU MUST ALWAYS Follow the server rules including forums
Punishment: From a verbal strike to organization leader-change

19- Being admin jailed won't get you only surrounded in a stick place, it will be risked towards your position in any organization
Punishment: Temp-Kicked (2-3 days, depends on severity)

20- USM, and SAPD aren't allowed to /unjail people even themselves if they were admin jailed
Punishment: From a verbal strike to organization leader-change

Front Yard Ballas: 1/3

This is all the 10 rules for now, WE may change any of these as soon as possible so make sure to read-daily

III - Strikes Definition


One Strike -
A tiny little strike isn't highly risked towards the organization, it's just a warn.. if repeted many times it will lead to a termination

Double Strike -
Double Strikes is a bit high-risked towards the organizations, what it does? It's optional... you might be organization banned temporarily, leadership given to someone else temporarily, or either jailed.. it will be up to the management

Three Strikes -
A high-risked strike which can change the leadership of organization, or either closing it temporarily until leader found.
